I fell in love with this book about a year ago and think that this book contains important and helpful information for both men and women. Enjoy the show!
Summer, I thoroughly enjoyed your podcast with Paul Jenkins. You came across as articulate and intelligent (which of course, you are.) I liked that you encouraged both sexes to take this information and apply it- not that men only need to be more sensitive, but that women, too, can be aware that what they perceive as “outside them” may simply be physiological.
Additionally- have you found (or does Dr. Brizendine suggest) any information about links between hormones and physical choices – i.e. diet, exercise, supplements etc… ? Or does the research suggest that mind exercises (positive thinking, relaxation exercises) are as important in managing hormones fluctuations?
